Solar activity was at low levels as only a few low-level C-class enhancements were observed by the GOES-16 XRS instrument, to include a C1.49 flare at 30/2315 UTC. Three designated spot groups were present on the visible solar disk. Region 3474 (S18W02, Dai/beta-gamma) grew throughout the period, underwent magnetic strength enhancement, and spot consolidation - especially in the trailer section. The region also developed a mixed polarity within the trailing positive polarity field and was the source of the aforementioned C1 flare. Region 3473 (N16E20, Dso/beta-gamma) underwent early growth, but stalled and its mixed polarity field weakened later in the period. Region 3472 (N21W12, Dso/beta) underwent a brief period of growth, followed by some decay.
The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is high, making retrograde effects significantly increased!
Solar wind parameters remained indicative of CH HSS influences. Total IMF strength weakened slightly from 6 to 4 nT. The Bz component was variable, but turned southward for a prolonged period from about 30/0915-1315 UTC. Solar wind speed declined from maximums near 600 km/s to 525 km/s and the phi angle was in a positive sector most of the period, with a few later oscillations into a negative sector.
There is a 30% chance of solar activity, with a 5% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Gemini
Greetings Earthlings! Buckle up, because the celestial dance is getting interesting. The Moon, our dear, moody friend, has taken a cosmic stroll into Gemini - think of it as the universe's version of a coffee break. Now, the moon is a hefty 380,501.161184027km away. Yeah, that's right, I've got the exact distance. I’m nerdy that way. Gemini, the notorious galactic twins, are now hosting our lunar buddy. This is like having a surprise houseguest who insists on rearranging your furniture and redecorating your living room. It's out of your control, but hey, that new feng shui might just work! In layman's terms, this means you may be feeling a bit...how shall we say? Schizophrenic. One minute you're debating whether to binge watch "Star Trek" or "Farscape," the next you're contemplating the mysteries of the cosmos while munching on vegan tacos. It's okay, we've all been there. This Gemini Moon influence is here to shake things up a bit, like a cosmic blender. You'll be bouncing between emotions faster than a photon in a particle accelerator. One moment you're the life of the party, cracking niche science jokes, and the next you're lost in thought pondering over quantum physics. But fear not, it’s all part of the ride. It's also a great time to embrace your inner geek. Maybe draft up those blueprints for a DIY teleportation device or take another crack at solving the theory of everything. You never know, you might just stumble upon the next big thing in theoretical physics. So, hold onto your pocket protectors folks, because this Moon in Gemini phase is going to be a wild ride. Remember, the universe doesn't make mistakes. Well, except for that one time it made decaf coffee. Now that's a cosmic joke!Mercury is in Scorpio

Mercury Is In Scorpio
Mercury in Scorpio: A Star Wars Saga
Good morning, my astro-nerds! Picture this, you're navigating through the Death Star but instead of Lord Vader, it's Mercury, passing through the mysterious realm of Scorpio (thankfully, without the heavy breathing). Much like Luke Skywalker searching for the secret plans, we too start probing deeper, unearthing secrets and questioning everything due to that Scorpion influence. Good luck trying to keep your Jedi mind tricks under wraps!
Much like the Millennium Falcon's hyperdrive, Mercury's journey through Scorpio illuminates our darkest corners. We become C-3PO-like, overly aware of all potential dangers - and our deepest desires. Our conversations start resembling deep, Yoda-esque wisdom sharing sessions, delving into topics usually as untouched as a Dagobah swamp!
But be warned! Mercury in Scorpio can turn us all into a bit of a suspicious Han Solo. This isn't necessarily a bad thing (who wouldn't want to be a little bit like Han Solo, right?), but if overdone, you might start seeing a Sith behind every corner. Remember, we're not actually in a galaxy far, far away, so let's take it easy with the conspiracy theories.
And finally, just like Leia wasn’t afraid to question Han about his past, Mercury in Scorpio will push us to ask those tough questions, even if we're afraid the answers might lead to an "I am your father" moment. But hey, it could also lead to a passionate kiss (hopefully not with your sibling!). So, strap in folks, this astrological transit is about to get as intense as a pod race on Tatooine!
Venus is in Virgo
Venus is prograde at 21 Vir 19' 11", moving at 1.04 degrees per day, and is 112072025km away and receding.
Venus Is In Virgo
Venus in Virgo: A Star Wars Scroll
Just like in the final scene of "The Empire Strikes Back," when Luke Skywalker realizes that Darth Vader is, indeed, his father (*spoiler alert!*)—it's time to face some uncomfortable truths. The planet of love, Venus, has entered the sign of nitpicky Virgo. Now, don't start channeling your inner stormtrooper just yet. This isn't as scary as it sounds.
Now, imagine for a moment, Vader's deep, mechanical voice intoning, "You underestimate the power of Venus in Virgo." That's right, my star-studded friends. This transit might make us more critical and selective when it comes to romance. You might feel like if you can't have a love as epic as Han Solo and Princess Leia's, then you don’t want any love at all. For those already navigating the asteroid field of relationships, this is a cosmic chance to pull back and ponder if you're actually getting the intergalactic adventure you signed up for.
For the single Star Wars enthusiasts out there, now is the time when Jedi intuition will help spot those red flags with potential partners. You might find yourself more in love with perfecting your lightsaber skills than looking for love itself.
However, be wary of turning into the Emperor by excessively nitpicking your partner. Keep your criticism under control by engaging in meaningful Wookiee-like dialogues rather than pointing out every flaw you see. Trust me, no one likes a backseat podracer.
At first glance, this doesn’t sound as exciting as a cantina on Tatooine, but hold on to your lightsabers, folks! Despite its seemingly uptight reputation, Venus in Virgo can be quite passionate. As an Earth sign, Virgo appreciates the finer things in life—like a perfectly brewed Ewok tea or the breathtaking view of Naboo. It's all about taking time to appreciate the beauty around us and yes, that includes what happens under the sheets (or in the Millennium Falcon, for that matter).
So, as Venus takes its trip through Virgo, remember: embrace the force, but keep it classy. There will be no quick flings in the cantina during this transit. As Obi-Wan once said, "Patience, young Padawan."

Mars Is In Scorpio
Mars in Scorpio: The Cosmic Boot Camp
Alright space cadets, hold on to your telescopes because Mars has just checked into the astro-hotel of Scorpio! Now, I know some of you are thinking, "Isn't Mars a little far away to care about?" Well, at 380804786.111423135km away, it's certainly not popping over for tea, but its influence is as potent as ever.
With Mars in Scorpio, it's like we've all been given a cosmic keycard to the executive suite of determination. Forget compromise, forget considering other's opinions - this is a time for you and you alone! It's like your own personal, interstellar spine transplant, with a backbone made of pure, unadulterated ambition. Just remember, if anyone tries to control you during this time... well, they might have an easier time herding cats in zero gravity!
This period is also like a gravitational slingshot for your willpower. We're talking warp speed changes in your life, folks. And the best part? Mars in Scorpio isn't afraid of the dark. In fact, it thrives there like a nerdy bat in a comic book cave. That means it's time for some psychological spelunking, diving deep into the caverns of your psyche for some self-examination.
But beware, my stargazers, every supernova has its shadow. Fiery Mars in watery Scorpio can create some steamy situations. You may find yourself expressing anger or aggressiveness with the force of a meteor shower. The trick is to be selective about which cosmic battles to engage in. Use this energy constructively - think building a space station, rather than starting intergalactic warfare.
Think of Mars in Scorpio as spiritual boot camp, but minus the yelling and plus a lot more enlightenment. It's all about developing your personal power. So long as you rise above the black holes of power struggles, revenge, bitterness, and an inability to forgive, you'll master these parts of yourself with the courage of a starship captain.
So buckle up, astronauts, and remember that even in the darkest corners of space, there's always room for a little light. And don't forget to enjoy the cosmic ride!
Jupiter is in Taurus
Jupiter is retrograde at 10 Tau 54' 30", moving backwards at 0.14 degrees per day, and is 595813832km away and approaching.
Jupiter Is In Taurus
Space Alert: Jupiter's Taurus Tango
Alright, star gazers! Get ready for an astronomical doozy because Jupiter – that big old gas giant we all know and love – has sashayed its way into Taurus. Now, I hear you asking, "What does this mean?" Well, hold onto your telescopes ‘cause we're about to take a cosmic deep dive.
Jupiter, the celestial smarty pants, is playing footsie with Taurus, the zodiac’s most stubborn couch potato. It's like if Einstein decided to share a flat with a sloth. The result? A beautiful reminder that sometimes the answers we're frantically Googling at 3am are actually lounging around in our own noggins. You don't need to reach for the stars for wisdom, my friend - you just need to reach for another cup of herbal tea and a moment of quiet reflection.
With Jupiter in Taurus, it’s less about shooting for the moon and more about crafting a meticulous plan to build a ladder piece by piece. We've got Jupiter's ambition coupled with Taurus' dogged determination egging us on. The message here? Have faith in the process, even if it feels like you're moving at a snail's pace. Remember, it's not about the destination, it's about the journey...especially when there's a good podcast involved.
Now, let's talk moolah. Jupiter is the Bill Gates of planets and Taurus is the Warren Buffet of the zodiac. Together, they’re like a cosmic Wall Street, promising prosperity and wealth. So, dust off that piggy bank or start looking into Bitcoin because this combo could really pay off!
But beware, this transit isn't all rainbows and unicorn Frappuccinos. Taurus is infamous for its hedonistic tendencies and Jupiter isn't known for its restraint. It's like your bank account is on an all-inclusive vacation and the mini-bar is fully stocked. Be careful not to splurge too much on those spontaneous Amazon purchases that you'll probably regret in the morning.
So there you have it! The celestial forecast for Jupiter's sojourn in Taurus. Remember, in the grand cosmic ballet, we're all just trying to find our rhythm. So, tune into yourself, trust the process, and for goodness sake, remember to laugh at the absurdity of
Saturn is in Pisces
Saturn is retrograde at 00 Pis 31' 39", moving backwards at 0.01 degrees per day, and is 1395015491km away and receding.
Saturn Is In Pisces
In a galaxy far, far away... or actually right here, Saturn has set up camp in Pisces. No, Saturn hasn't whipped out its lightsaber and started demanding you call it Master Yoda. But the energy may feel a bit like the Force, pushing and pulling you towards self-discovery. Saturn in Pisces is like Luke Skywalker training on Dagobah – it's time for some serious introspection. You know that half-baked idea you've been toying with about starting a Jedi Academy (or was it a bakery)? Now's the time to go full Skywalker on it. Dig deep, meditate like you're trying to lift an X-Wing, and let the Force (or rather, the energies of this transit) guide your next steps. Of course, Saturn in Pisces isn't all Ewok parties and Wookiee hugs. Just as Luke had to face his darkest fears in the Cave of Evil, you might find Saturn probing into your most cherished dreams. It might feel like Darth Vader has gatecrashed your tea party, but remember – even Darth had some solid advice (just forget the whole turning-to-the-dark-side thing). So, leave your deflector shields down and listen to what Saturn has to say. Now, don't be surprised if you start feeling like C-3PO without his circuits – restless, anxious, or struggling to power down. This is a sign to take it easy. Go for a stroll on Endor, practice your deep R2-D2 breathing, or try some Jedi mind tricks to help you relax. I mean, who can resist a good nap in the Millennium Falcon? Just make sure to keep a dream journal handy for decoding any cryptic messages from Obi-Wan. Remember, just as Luke had to navigate the swamps of Dagobah, you too have a path to tread. The wisdom of Saturn in Pisces is like the Force – it's there for you to tap into. So, grab your lightsaber (or your notepad), breathe, and may the Force be with you during this transit.Uranus is in Taurus
Uranus is retrograde at 21 Tau 36' 52", moving backwards at 0.04 degrees per day, and is 2791280945km away and approaching.
Uranus Is In Taurus
Alright my celestial chums, let's get to it! Uranus, that rebellious teenager of the solar system, has moved into Taurus, the cosmic equivalent of your thrifty aunt who still has her first savings account. This is like having a Star Trek convention in a library: there's bound to be some ruckus! Taurus loves stability, tradition, and a well-balanced checkbook. It's the type who'd prefer to keep its hooves firmly on the ground and avoid any kind of unexpected turbulence. Meanwhile, Uranus is like that friend who shows up at 2 AM to drag you on an impromptu road trip. It's all about shocks, surprises and sudden changes. So, you can imagine how this astrological mash-up might ruffle some feathers... or fur, as it were. Let's talk cash, baby! Taurus is a Wall Street whiz, while Uranus is ready to flip the table and reinvent the whole system. We might see new forms of currency popping up (Bitcoins, anyone?), dramatic shifts in banking, and the housing and stock markets doing the Macarena. It's gonna be like watching a monetary version of The Big Bang Theory, but without the laugh track. On a personal level, Uranus in Taurus is serving up a big slice of financial freedom pie. It's about breaking free from those money shackles - debt, taxes, credit card interest, rent, mortgages. Think of it as a cosmic Marie Kondo helping us declutter our financial lives. Uranus is here to liberate us from materialistic obsessions, so we might as well buckle up and take the ride. Yes, change can be scary. But remember, even Spock had to go through Pon Farr. Embrace the changes, and you might find yourself in a better place than you could've ever imagined. After all, as they say in Starfleet: Resistance is futile!Neptune is in Pisces
Neptune is retrograde at 25 Pis 14' 38", moving backwards at 0.02 degrees per day, and is 4362865024km away and receding.
Neptune Is In Pisces
Alright, buckle up star gazers! Our buddy Neptune has decided to crash at Pisces' place and it's going to be a wild ride. Now, if you're not familiar with Neptune, let me give you a quick refresher course. Neptune is basically the DJ Khaled of outer space – always dropping major keys. And right now, it's spinning its tracks in reverse, or retrograde if we want to get fancy about it. So, what does this mean for us Earthlings? Well, picture this: You're at a party and suddenly the fog machine kicks in. You can't see a thing. But wait, who's that emerging from the mist? It's clarity in the form of a disco ball! The foggy haze of Neptune in Pisces is actually helping us see through our own contradictions and petty differences. It's like suddenly realizing that arguing about whether Star Wars or Star Trek is better is pointless (though clearly, it's Doctor Who) when you could be joining forces to explore new galaxies together. And don't just sit there thinking "Wow, that's deep, man". No, my friends, Neptune in Pisces is calling on us to contribute to our collective progress. Got an idea to heal the world through interpretive dance or a revolutionary concept for recyclable socks? This is your time, my friend! Neptune in Pisces is also a spiritual alarm clock, nudging you to explore the realms of your emotional intelligence. Been considering Feng Shui classes? Or turning your bookshelf into a shrine to Carl Sagan? Go for it! Just remember, this is also the time to share your ideas, no matter how wacky or eccentric. After all, Neptune didn’t travel 4,362,818,616.714325905km just to hear you keep quiet. So, let's embrace Neptune’s stay in Pisces and let our inner nerds and hippies run wild. Who knows? We might just create a world that's as beautiful and complex as the cosmos itself.Pluto is in Capricorn

Pluto Is In Capricorn
The X-Files Case: Pluto in Capricorn
Alright, celestial voyagers, brace yourselves for a cosmic plot twist straight out of an episode of The X-Files! Our favorite little dwarf planet, Pluto (yes, still a planet in my heart), has decided to shack up in Capricorn. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Whoa there, astro-nerd, what does that mean for me?" Well, dear reader, it's time to buckle your interstellar seatbelts because things are about to get... Plutonic!
Pluto and Capricorn are like that power-couple everyone secretly admires at the office. They've got their act together, they're efficient, and they're all about success. But, like any power couple, they can get a bit caught up in their own world. So beware, you might find yourself getting intolerant of other people's ideas faster than a Trekkie at a Star Wars convention. Remember, diversity in thought is just as important as diversity in our galaxy. There's room in the universe for both Klingons and Wookies.
Now, let's talk Pluto. Not just a Disney character, but a cosmic agent of change. It wants us to toss away our negative vibes like an old Betamax tape. We're talking serious spring cleaning of the soul here, folks. But, in the wise words of Spock, "Change is the essential process of all existence." This involves some constructive destruction. Think of it like updating your operating system - you've got to uninstall the old version before you can upload the new one. Just be careful about what you're uninstalling. You don't want to accidentally delete the memories of your first Star Trek convention, do you?
So, take this time to embrace the Plutonian energy and be the powerhouse of change you were born to be. And remember, as Mulder would say: "The truth is out there." But in this case, it's not about alien invasions, it's about turning inward and transforming yourself. Rock on, cosmic voyagers!
Current Planetary Aspects
Current Planetary Positions
Sun Opposite Jupiter
Today will be one of optimism and self-confidence. Your only danger is in becoming over-confident. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Watch the tendency towards self-aggrandizement, false pride, and over-indulgence in food and drink. Don't overspend.
Although their intentions are generally good, people with challenging aspects between the Sun and Jupiter are given to overdoing things. They can easily gloss over realistic details and get themselves into debt, overindulge in pleasures such as food and drink, and promise more than they can deliver.
For the most part, they find help for their excesses. Somebody’s there to bail them out, as plenty of people believe that their hearts are in the right place. Generally, this is the case, but if excessive behavior becomes a pattern, and the natives continually face light consequences, there is the danger that they will not learn from their mistakes and abuse the “system”, relying on their friends and family to help them out a little too often. Their reputation for being good people, thus, can eventually be used to further their purposes.
However, many people with this aspect don’t fall into the trap of losing their sincerity. They are generous, helpful, and charitable. Still, the tendency to live beyond their means is a real threat that many struggle with much of their lives. Another thing to watch for is depression. These people tend to go through periods of intense highs when they are excessively optimistic. These periods are so marked that they seem to be unnatural and a fall seems to be inevitable. They can make promises they intend to keep, but have a problem with follow-through. Self-control can be a real problem. Usually quite knowledgeable and generous with their time, these people have many talents that they may take for granted.
Some Famous People with Sun in Hard Aspect to Jupiter: Squares – Billy Crystal, Ian Scott Anderson (Jethro Tull), Nell Carter, Edgar Cayce, Linda Goodman, George Lucas, the Olsen twins, Dolly Parton, John Ritter, Oscar Wilde; Oppositions – Robert Duvall, Beau Bridges, Monica Lewinsky, James Earl Jones, Kevin Costner.
Alternate interpretations:
Note: The square, semi-square, sesquiquadrate, and opposition are also called “hard”, “challenging”, or “inharmonious” aspects.
Sun opposition Jupiter: Children with this aspect often need to learn to listen, because they may have a tendency of doing the opposite of what they are told! Basically a positive placement indicating enormous energy and radiance, the pitfall of the Sun/Jupiter opposition is overconfidence manifesting as a tendency to take on too many projects at once or a tendency to delve into projects without prior training. There is a tendency to think “I can do anything!” which is fine as long as the child is willing to go through the necessary training to get there! He could get carried away when it comes to vocational choices, following rainbows! This going against himself, so to speak, may also bring him in opposition to those in authority. Help him examine carefully the choices he makes. Insist he finish what he begins, and insist he promise only that which objectively can be fulfilled. Teach your child the importance of right timing and punctuality! Check the nature of the signs and houses that the Sun and Jupiter are in for greater insight in balancing the qualities of this polarity. — Interpretation from the Child Star Report.
Sun opposition Jupiter: You aim high, dream big dreams, and have a tremendous sense of what is possible for you to achieve. Overconfidence, grandiosity, lack of humility, and/or extreme discontent in modest circumstances may be your faults. Generally, however, your great expectations and enterprising spirit lead to success. Business, especially when there is an element of risk and speculation, suits you well. — Interpretation from the Merlin Report.
Sun opposition Jupiter: Sometimes you’re prone to unrealistically high expectations, and this in turn can cause frustration when real life doesn’t measure up.
Your optimism and self-confidence will go through periods of being exceedingly high, making you feel invincible. You’ll experience more satisfaction if you take the time to think things through and proceed with patience and even a certain amount of caution. — Interpretation from the Your Life Path Report.
